MDF – Medium Density Fiberboard

MDF panels are manufactured from a combination of refined softwood fibers and resins, which are pressed into a dense, homogeneous sheet. Panels are then sanded, sawn and packaged. MDF is engineered to provide properties that are ideal for machining, painting and overlaying. It is used worldwide in the manufacture of wooden furniture, kitchen cabinets, office and store fixtures, doors, moulding and other millwork.

Thickness: Thickness ranges from 3mm through 32mm.
Panel Size: 3 feet (910mm) and 6 feet (1830mm) in width and from 5 feet (1525mm) to 18 feet (5490mm) in length.
